Every sheet is inspected before it leaves the studio. A piece that arrives damaged is remade at no cost.
Report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the sheet and the packaging. A replacement is drawn and shipped once the claim is confirmed.
Each commissioned piece is a one-of-one original drawn to your brief, so returns for change of mind are not accepted. Once the plotter has run, the sheet exists; it cannot be undrawn.
A commission can be cancelled before plotting begins; any deposit for completed design work is retained. Email as soon as possible with the order number.
